Exeter City FC Supporters' Trust is a fully regulated Industrial & Provident Society (IBS) and is accountable for all its own financial dealings and transactions

ECFCS Trust is a non-profit organisation that owns the majority shareholding of Exeter City Football Club.

• An IPS belongs to its Membership
• Each Member owns one share worth £1:00
• Each Member (Over 18) can cast one vote in any formal ballot arranged by the Trust Board of Society (BoS)

All Trust business is carried out in a manner which is guided and controlled by its constitution, a copy of which can be accessed at; www.ecfcst.org.uk

Each Trust Members will receive regular information on 'The Trust' activities and key developments that occur within Exeter City Football Club.

Each Trust Member may be nominated to stand for election as a Trustee and
thus take part in the active management of 'The Trust'.
